Big Tobacco Sues FDA Over New Cigarette Warning Labels

Four out of five of the largest U.S. tobacco companies have filed a lawsuit against the federal government over claims that required new warning labels violate the tobacco companies' right to Free Speech.  The new labels were announced in June (see video below) and include graphic photos of a smoker's corpse, diseased lungs and a tracheotomy patient.
